Service appointment

I have a service appointment for today and when i look up my ticket number it says closed when no one has come.

This may have been fixed without going into your home. Did you check your service?

if it is not functioning you can call your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission (google it) they have regulatory power over Verizon and others.
