Our sidewalk which house verizon telephone equipment is in need of immediate repair and is a liability issue for pedestrians who are at risk of tripping over the damaged sidewalk with the equipment. Who should I contact to get this sidewalk and equipment fixed before someone gets hurt?

Who do we contact to see if Verizon will repair the sidewalk that has sunk about 3" after the Fios junction box for our house was installed 3 years ago?
