On my 12/3/2009 Verizon bill there was a change order on my LD service. It went unnoticed until I received a bill from Cavalier for regional calls. I sent a complaint to the BBB and Chavalier's response was that Verizon made the change and that Cavalier did not solicit Verizon for the change. There is no Verizon record of me asking for a change and Verizon says the change order # is not a Verizon code.
Cavalier is now taking me to court for payment. I have an incident open with Verizon about this. I am asking Verizon to verify that Verizon did not change my pick-code. I hoper Verizon can discover who made the change.
Cavalier is accusing Verizon of change my pick-code. I trust Verizon did not make this change and hope Verizon can provide a solid response to Cavalier's claim. Can I count on Verizon to defend Cavalier's accusation that Verizon made an unauthorized change?
It has been two days with no response from Verizon. I hope in the next day I will have an answer.

Well Verizon's response was we can't help you. All I asked was that Verizon verify that Verizon did not change my pick-code. Verizon could not provide any response to Cavalier's accusation that Verizon made the change. I have to assume Cavalier is correct and Verizon was in breach of contract for changing my pic-code without my approval because Verizon has no response.
I will certainly loose in court now because Verizon will not deny they made the change.
I will be canceling all my Verizon services and filing an FCC complaint.

I was forced to file a complaint with the FCC. I have to assume Verizon changed my pick-code without my approval because they will not provide evidence to dispute it. Maybe a third party can sort this out because I have two companies saying the other made the change.
