So how to get to an human agent to open a repair ticket on a residential account?
Background: I'm in the industry, and never have these issues on the commercial side.
Issue is in the serving CO RHWYNJRADS5 (have battery, no dialtone, line is metallic all the way to the CO)
IVR states there is a 5+ day wait to get a tech on site to test at the demac for a problem that is on the VZ end without a doubt.
