UNWANTED CALL FROM SAME NUMBER DAILY

I get a call one to two times per day from the same phone number. Im on do not call list, I have field complaints with FCCC.  Verzion says they can't do anything for me, because im not VIOS. BUT its the same phone number every day. HELP

Next step is to cancel my verizon land line.
