Unable To Access Fios Digital Voice

I've been unable to access FIOS digital Voice via my TV going on 2 days now. Was wondering if others have this same issue? When I select "FIOS Digital Voice' I get the message "Unable to process your request, please try again later".
I have reset and power cycled router and box to no avail. I have had issues before, but I usually just wait a bit and it comes back. This time it's going on 3 days. I am able to toggle my settings if I login into my FIOS account on the web and have been using that until this issue is resolved.
Wondering if other's have this same issue and if it's a known issue. I'm in Massachusetts.
