Verizon Call Assistant - Sign-in failed

I'm not sure which forum to post this problem. I recently started using Verizon Call Asssitanct on my computer. Several times a day, this message pops up:
Verizon Call Assistant
Sign-in failed. Please try again
So I click on the "OK" button (the only choice) and then a few hours later the same message will pop up.
Any suggestions?

You may wish to read this thread. Notably the past post about VCA being no longer supported, for new customers. Also there may be a phone number there where you can get help?

Cool! Looks like they went back to using it. That is great. Yes, I would check your firewall logs if you can.
I noticed it said features vary by State. They may have dropped it in some locations, or received such negative feedback, they decided to start promoting it again. Not sure. I guess what I had was old information.
You may find some of these links useful.
Also if you do a search, there were some issues with VCA. I hope you get it working. I myself liked it, but switched to Digital voice, being a FiOS user.

I checked my Firewall settings, and vzCallAssistant.exe is set for full access.

I am using the McAfee Antivirus Plus firewall.
