I got it to work! FINALLY!
I did this:
Un-installed my NICs in device manager
Rebooted - Found installed & ready to use
Restored default in: Browser Internet options, Windows firewall, & the router.
Loaded Call Assist & BINGO - It;s connected & holding
Threats @ 671 & CPU aver.. 18% N.B. I'm happy 🙂
Guess it was my fault all along? A shame Tech support wasn't able to help.
Was a puzzel this OCD type couldn't stop trying ARGH!

I am not sure what your orginal problem was but my call assistant just stopped working. Everytime the phone rings, I click on call assistant in the task menu bar but nothing happens. I have to kill the process and then restart it to see who called but by then it is too late. My desk phone does not have caller id on it so this was a great option. I have already tried reinstalling the application which has not helped. It was working great up until now. Did not make any changes to my PC.

I might check my virus scanning program - Firewall settings & Router.
If all fails install & reinstall your Network adapter hardware in devise manager.
Reboot your computer & let it reinstall them self.
Also Rebooting your router my help!
Good luck - My Call Assist has been stable & on 100% With NPs since I finally got it!
