Is anyone else along the Chesapeake experiencing land line outages? We live in Chesapeake Landing, just outside of Chestertown and the phone service is down. When I call and speak to a Customer Service Rep, she said that no one else had called in. We checked the line outside and it is all static, so it is an outage somewhere.
