Verizon WIRELESS question

I know this is the residential forum, but I don't see a place to enter CELL phone questions. I just transfered my service to another provider, now I can't access verizonwireless.com online to pay my last bill and to make sure my service gets cancelled. How do I get around this? Don't want to spend hours on the phone getting the run around.
