I have voice mail and I can retrieve messages left for me. I have one problem. When I pick up my phone, the dial tone is not the one that tells me I have a voice mail message;it is the one you usually hear before you make a call. How do I fix it? Many thanks!
Sounds like the audbile indicator is turned off. I can check that for you easily. I have sent you a private message to get more info from you .
