Voicemail number out in NYC?

The voicemail number 2127215200 appears to be out in NYC for the last 2 days. It just does not work. Anyone else having this issue? I assume everyone in NYC is because the number just keeps ringing

Are you having the same issue if you dial *86 from your home phone?

That's just a short cut to the voicemail systems
