Vz In Home Agent - Multiple Lines

I have 2 Vz accounts one with Phone/TV & Internet and another with just Phone (both via FiOS). From what I can see Vz In Home Agent is only for the main account so cannot use to check phone features for 2nd Phone Line - is that right?

You are correct. The Verizon In Home Agent was not programmed to handle multiple Verizon accounts. I have been in contact with you because of one of your other posts to help with the forwarding problem you are having. I am Looking forward to your response and am eager to get this taken care.
