The Verizon wireless service at my home near downtown Wilmington, NC (28401) is very inconsistent, ranging from 1 - 3 bars, even outside in the yard. Sometimes I have no service at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G that is constantly updated. I don't understand why we don't have reliable 5G service in a busy downtown area.
Is this problem related to Verizon Wireless mobile telephone service? 🤔
