I just got FiOS installed a week ago and I'm still trying to figure out all of our services. You can imagine my surprise when I tried to block a particular number that I got a recorded response stating " the feature you have entered is NOT available for this service".
I did a quick search only to discover that FiOS doesn't have this option in MA... WHY?!?!?! I had it on COMCAST! I'm so upset about this, that I'm ready to rip out FiOS and go back to Comcast, so I can stop these annoying calls!!
