There are a few ways to do that.
First if you have a smart phone, for example a IPHONE and have the My Fios App installed you can view call logs of your phone and when you click on a number you can choose to block that call.
The other way is to go to: www.verizon.com/fiosvoice
Click Calling Features
Click Incoming Call Block
From here you can enter a phone number you wish to block. You can block up to 10 numbers.
