caller ip showing unknown for international incoming calls only!

I have a strange issue. my calerl id doesn't work for intenational incoming calls. it is working for local calls thoough.

i checked the logs on myverizon and the phone numbers for incoming international calls are showing !

So, the numbers must be lost within verizon PBXes!

any helo will be much appreciated.

PS: I have multiple phone at home. so the display shouldn't be the reason.
