have fios bundle - have phone for 3 years - can't use it I want to drop it

so I have had the fios bundle for 3 years - the phone section of it I no longer even bother - I get spammed calls every hour and I don't have a phone hooked on it - I want to drop the phone which costs me 35 dollars a month - is that possible? I just want to keep internet and tv and drop the phone charges of 35 dollars a month - I have had it for 3 years now every year I am trying to drop this
