I have reported my phone several times to a computer and I feel I need to talk to a person. My phone will ring short rings, then it will say line in service and I am not on the phone, then it will say no line available. It talk several minutes before a dial tonecomes back and you can only make outbound calls with a lot of noise and static. Sometimes it will ring,answer it and you can hear two other people talking but you cannot speak. When I make a ticket a few minutes later the computer will call and the phone bill work and then it is back to same issue. If you check my account you will see the reported trouble several times. Please fix and we need to speak to a person and not a computer
