no dial tone

I'm plugged straight into the ONT box and have no dial tone. 

My SD cable channels are also pixilated on one of my TVs.

Could it be related?

It is very possible. Your ONT might be starting to fail. I would schedule a technician visit.

Thank you. A tech is scheduled to come later this week. I hope it's something that can be resolved in one visit from the tech.
