I go online just about every day to check my voice mail. I've learned that even if it says there is no voice mail, if I refresh the voicemail screen, there is, in fact, sometimes voice mail. I was expecting a voice mail from yesterday but the online check revealed nothing. I refreshed the voice mails screen and again nothing. I logged out and tried again a while later with the same result. Then I was able to get to the phone where the dial tone told me I had voice mail. In fact, there was the one I was expecting yesterday, and also one from each of the two prior days. I prefer to check voice mail online, but obviously that's not currently a reliable method. Anyone have an idea why or what I might try to fix the problem?
