Regarding landline account [edited for privacy], we will be returning to our Grand Island home from Florida on April 18, 2018, and wish to reinstate the caller ID service as well as inside wire maintenance on that date. I have tried several times to contact Verizon via phone and have gotten put on hold for long periods of time and then cut off. I hope you can help me with this request.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
