We live in a small rural town in Massachusetts. Our phone service went out yesterday. I spent hours trying to get answers via the billing website. We don't have cell service here so this was the only option. Just received notice now from our town hall that service is out in entire town. I find it unbelievable that Verizon does not notify us by email. They have no problems doing so when they send out spam. Very disappointed.
