telphone lines left cut and wrapped around poles on the street

Ok verizon whats the reason you leave your phone wires comeing out of your service boxes on wires cut or wrapped around the pole there are a number of these situations on the street.... as i myself and being hampered with noise on equipment....as we know your lines have a small amount of current enough to cause Interference.....

i tried calling but was left on hold for 40 plus mins... to a transfer and a hang up

i really think you should get in touch and lets rectify this ....
