With the bundle service I have I used to be able to get an email saying that I had a call and a voice mail. I've gotten calls today and nothing comes to my email letting me know. Is there a way to fix this. I just tried calling Verizon repair and they act like they don't know what I am talking about.

Logon to the Verizon Call Assistant web page here. Your My Verizon user account should work here. Mine does.
Select settings on the left sidebar, and the the Alerts tab will show up. This can be set for call and or messages.
If all else fails, this is the number for VCA support if it still active.

I did call the number you gave me and it seems that Verizon was having a technical problem and now it is fixed.
