I am amazed at the support website I am finding it usless. If I did not have a sick wife and no cellreception it would actually be funny. After trying suggested action for no dial tone without sucess I was told wait for it "call support". Really not funny am not happy with price or service unfortunatly without reception we can not do anything but take it.
