Hello
When I enrolled FiOS at online, your system told me that I have unpaid balance. The price is $143.44, I paid it immediatly. but when I do that, your system was shut-down, so I tried to pay using other credit card again, finally it was submit.
But I realized you charged two times from my credit cards.
2/24 American Express : $143.44
2/25 Chase 143.44
Can you check this problem ?
FYI,{edited for privacy}is my husband, I paid it authorized card from him. Chase is my card.
