I was told that I can claim $200 rebate for 4 lines. I was given a promo code and the agent even changed my plan. Now I just received a notice that I don’t qualify with a $800 bill for switching my lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. This was a horrible mistake, what’s the point of reaching out to an agent when your not give proper information. Being told nothing about a device being a certain amount but only switching and being on a 55$ or higher plan. I never asked the rep to change anything it was only for me to get the rebate that would help pay my high bill. I truly hope something could be soon asap. I’ve asked for all of my chat history to prove what the rep set me up for and even stating for me to claim the rebate. $200 per line is what it stated just with porting and adding the right plan nothing about a device. This is terrible and we as customers have to stand for what right because they are getting paid and we can’t get nothing but empty promises and lies.

I was told today after reaching out to customer service that the “welcome unlimited” plan isn’t eligible for the rebate even though two other agents told me I would get it
