Account on the verge of being sent to collections due to poor customer service

My account is on the verge of being sent to collections. For over 1 month, my account has been in cash only status, which means i can only make payments in person. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when you use waller like I do. There is no excuse for the account being in this "cash only status." I've spent hours on the phone with the financial services department, and to no avail. The customer service is horrible, and no disrespect to anyone, may of the reps have trouble with the English language. I have been denied request for supervisors and account managers. One rep even took a complaint, and I have heard nothing back from Verizon as of yet. I have been beyond patient. I receive emails from Verizon with several options to keep the account in good standing, and avoid collections, however when I call, customer service offers no solutions, and after a while, they will simply hang up on you. I've tried so many times to make a payment over the phone with the representative, they have all refused, until recent, where I was asked to make a full payment of 352.00. This could have been completely avoided. I tried so many times to make this payment over the phone. The account representatives in the financial department are just horrible! It's so disappointing that a company of this stature has such poor customer service. I'm a couple of days away from outside collection, so I guess I will request arbitration, if I'm even allowed to. This is so frustrating. I'm disgusted. Once settled. i will certainly be seeking a new mobile service provider.
