Hi
I was having Verizon mobile account and we had service issues, we called help desk and we went local stores also but couldn’t solve connection issues. All the times other parties are not able to listen and dropping. Finally we called Verizon and asked if we move is there any penalty they said you don’t have any contact free to go. We moved 11th month after paying the month end bill. But we got big bill and went into the internal collections. After talking to the Verizon rep he corrected and made zero bill. Now Verizon sending to collection agencies, when I called Verizon they says we don’t have your account talk to collection agency. It’s very painful to deal with collection agencies. If anyone having any idea how to deal this situation would be great help.
