So I was late paying my bill and wasn't able to pay until after service was cut off. After paying it says I have over 100 dollars in credit so when i try to "pay bill to reconnect" it says there is no bill to pay. I've also tried hitting the reconnect button in app and on the website to no avail. I also have tried calling every single support line but I can never reach a human agent and the verizon assistance just brings me to pay a bill and when it tells me the bill is -100 dollars it says error and the line ends. I just want to be able to text and use service again.

wony, we appreciate you making that payment, and definitely if that should restore service we want that to happen too. We can take a look at things and see if we can check out the account. To help do that, I've sent a Private Message.
