Account was suspended 4 days after paying bill

I paid my account last Friday and for some reason my account was suspended today and I can’t manage to get ahold of anyone at Verizon to help

I know I would be concerned if I had processed a payment and still had my service interrupted, Littelblue1512. I do want to be transparent that we cannot remove any suspensions for past due payments, as that is reserved for our financial services team only. I would encourage you to continue to try to reach them at 866-266-1445. Financial Services is available from 8am - 10pm ET Monday through Saturday, and from 10am -7pm ET on Sunday.
I would be happy to help take a look and see if we can help provide some insight on to what happened, and will need account access to review. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us.
