CHAT WITH US WON'T EVEN WORK DUE TO LOGIN ISSUES....VERIZON NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!! A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 25 YEARS WITH HOME AND MOBILE AND NOW THAT MY DAD IS ILL AT 78 AND A RETIRED VETERAN , THEY CUT ALL OF HIS SERVICES OFF AND COULD NOT STALL HIM OUT FOR 5 DAYS!!!! WE ARE GOING ELSWHERE!!1 I AM IN OHIO AND MY FATHER IS IN MARYLAND. IT IS VITAL TO KEEP IN CONTACT BECAUSE HE IS THERE ALONE WITH NO ONE!!
