For two months now I have been trying to get VZW to do the right thing and refund me the money they charged me when they shouldn't have. I keep getting the same thing, "I will put in a ticket". It seems they are hoping I will forget or give up trying. Not going to happen. I can't believe a company that makes so much money off their customers would treat them this way. It is worse than the government. I hear the Executive Relations Team is the next step. Anyone familiar with it?
