Verizon is unreal I cannot believe after being charged to death by Verizon that you would charge a $10 Agent assistance fee when your app isn't even working correctly when you make payment arrangements on the app it doesn't cooperate and then you want to charge me $10 for an agent of Verizon employee to help me on a Verizon application making a Verizon payment
