Last saturday services was suspended for 3 hrs wich should have been on with in n hr after i called and did a promise to pay with agent for 10.00. After it wasnt i tried to call and the message was you cant no more arrangments all agents are busy and phone hung up i had to go in the store and manger tried to call them by entering my number theyb hung up on her Finally get through give informtion on why the services wasnt restored or was i calling to make a payment after 15 mins she comes back and haft to tell the customer service rep its in the she talk to somebody . So then she turn the phone on after 3 hrs promise to pay was to pay 200.00 by the 4th And 224.00 on the 15 well i tried to pay 50.00 on the 5th and was gone pay on the next morning . The system would not let me procee it want enough they forced me to cancel arrangements i had now when i try topay im on a cash only until january due to cancellation of arrangements did the same last year and was demanding money 150 days padt due also retention says they cant do nothing i need helpalso its a human who setup the system
