Cant get a live person all of a sudden

has anyone gotten any luck with reaching a live representative when your hone is suspended? I did not get a notification reminder of a payment arrangement and now I got my account suspended and it wont let me talk to anyone. I have never had this issue before. I really need the phone to make money to pay this bill but how do I reach someone live to help me reconnect for 2 more weeks?
