I keep trying to contact Customer Support to request that my account come off of the Cash Only list so that I’m able to upgrade my phone. But currently, I haven’t been able to talk to anyone due to the AI thinking my account isn’t registered or thinks I’m trying to talk about something completely unrelated.

Try contacting Financial Services: 866-266-1445. Depending on why you're on cash only status, they may or may not be able to do something for you.

I’ve tried that as well, at this point I’m probably just going to switch to a different service.
