Hi I recently lost my job after missing work due to an abusive relationship . I received an email stating that my account is being sent to collections, and I have until the end of the month to pay it. I just received a new job offer but it doesn’t start until the middle of July. I spoke with Customer Service and they informed me that I could not get an extension. If my account was to be sent to collections is there anyway I cannot it out of collections and my account restored?
