I have a past due amount of $811. I am no longer wanting to stay with Verizon and my service has been suspended. I’m not worried about the service as I’m already with another company but I got a letter stating I have to pay the $811 by May 14th or I will be sent to collections. Financially I’m not sure I’ll be able to pay that by that date. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can I return my items? I’ve never been sent to collections so I’m lost.
