I though Verizon was a good company but apparently all they seem to care about is money! It seems when you get behind, even if you have an arrangement set up. They will not only disconnect your services but then give you zero option of speaking to a real person. All the text agents (because you are banned from online chatting with an agent) tell you is to call financial support. However, when you call them all you get is a recording going over your payment arrangement and told to go back to verizon.com. They make it impossible. ATT service may not be as good but in my opinion their customer service was 1000x's better.
