  • This has to be the worst customer service I have EVER received. Between the lack of training, incompetent customer service team and supposed supervisors.
  • It took 15, yes 15 calls to get a single yes, a single phone ordered. I feel like I have talk to Verizon’s entire team India staff. My call was magically dropped almost every time I asked to speak with a supervisor, or transferred to a department that had nothing to do with the reason I was calling. When a supervisor did get on a call they had no authority to do anything. 
    The utter of disrespect and disregard for my time, my situation, and lack of problem solving is completely dumb founding. Shouldn’t a large corporation care about their customer satisfaction, that is in fact how you became a corporation, by provided  excellent service. Where did that go, do you no longer care about your customers time the countless rude staff members you have working for you ? Or The blatant, disrespect, imposed by your staff? Extremely disappointed to even say I am a customer of Verizon if I had know this is how they treat their customers I would have never signed up for service. I can wait to cancel.
