What's up with the reward points gift card website?

No. CXloyalty is the program there referring to. Have tried the app, Chrome, and a Mozilla browser. No success at all!

When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem? Aside from this dilemma, any other issues?

Let's not pretend what's going on isn't intentional Gilbert. The cxloyalty rewards site has been down since July 1st. No changes have been made to my phone since my last redemption. It fails on Chrome, Mozilla, and just about every other browser I've tried. Perhaps you should have warned us in the email that we wouldn't be able to buy reward gift cards after July 1st. Or was a simply my oversight?
Verizon reward program not working. I cannot proceed with the link to use my rewards to buy gift cards. What is going on with this issue and why isn’t anything being done to address this? This issue is happening for everyone else according to the comments. I am not pleased with this credit card.

We understand the importance of being able to use your rewards and we are here to help. Can you try to use a different browswer and utilize either a Private/Incognito browsing window and let us know if this process allows you to proceed with the process?

If you mean Verizon Visa, the gift card purchase program has been discontinued.
Officially it will be discontinued on August 24th 2024
I have been trying to redeem Verizon dollars for gift cards for the past few weeks and the link is not working. It won’t work for the travel option either. There was an email about rewards changing in August and those things won’t be available anymore, but it’s pretty shady that we can use them up until that date.

I know how important it would be for me to redeem my rewards before they expired, shrinkingbridget6. If you've already tried all the tricks and tips in this thread here, we may need to lift this up to our IT Help Desk on your behalf. Any difference between using the My Verizon app vs visiting My Verizon online to redeem your rewards? What about trying the same with an incognito or private browsing window?

I am having the same issue. I want to use my dollars just like everyone else
Ben1982, help is here as we absolutely want you to have the ability to use your Verizon Dollars. May I ask, how are you attempting to access them? The reason I ask is that a different customer on this forum attempted via a desktop computer to access them via incognito mode on their computer and was able to access and use them. Have you tried this? Please let us know if it works.
