Denying the right of a form of currency

Put on cash payment and can’t even set up an arrangement nor speak to a representative until you pay. Verizon is denying our rights to speak and our rights to pay with US currency. That’s the issue you right there

Hello, Manny25l. Help is here as we always want to assist our customers with their options to make a payment. When a cash only restriction is listed on the account, it is due to past issues with making payments on the account but you do have the option to make a payment with a debit card or visit a store location to bring the account current via the payments. Please let me know if this is an option for you. Otherwise, if you contact our Financial Services department, one of our reps can assist you there.
