Directed to financial services but only when I call a certain person and text won’t send to that person

So, when I try to call or text anyone else but my dad it works just fine, but when I call my dad, it directs me to financial services, and when I text him, it doesn’t send. Me, my dad, and my grandma are all on the same plan on the same account and I can call and text my grandma just fine and it is only my dad that I am having issues with. Please help!
