I sent up a pay arrangement for Thursday was confirmed and o was told no interruption would accur I have messages saved from the conversation with the live agent! Today my service is interruptedโฆ I set the arrangement yesterday! Then I tired call because last time I had to pay my entire bill before i could use my phone I need a live agent so I can speak with someone I am strongly considering canceling service leaving a review and going to tmoblie or US cellular. This is on called for I only needed until Thursday and use my phone for work. Very unsatisfied
