Disconnected Account - Trying to receive payoff bill

I am litterally in tears with how frustrated I am with Verizon. I've spoken to FIVE different reps about this matter and more from different departments because they can't seem to get me to the correct one. I loved having Verizon, but I am so disgusted with them and their current service. All I want is a copy of my phone payoff bill of $750 and they keep "sending it", but I never receive it. I can't access my account, disconnected account, or get help from one of the corporate locations. I am just so frustrated. We need that money.. We can't afford to lose it... I am so upset and at my wits end.  Please help.

We are sorry to read that you've been having issues with receiving your bill. In this case, once your service is disconnected, a paper bill is sent through the mail at the end of your billing cycle. How can I find out how much my automatic payment be in the month of January 2025. My December payment was different than my November payment .

Why are you saying my service has been disconnected and a paper bill will be sent throught the mail at the end of my billing cycle.  My payment is withdrawn from my checking account automatically.

I've gone to two corporate stores and they both said they are not able to do that. I am really getting tired of being pushed around with this. All I need is the bill copy. I've spoken to 5 different customer service reps and gone to two corporate stores. How hard is it to get one thing? Legally I should be able to get a copy of a bill I PAID FOR.

We always want you to be in the know of how much your monthly bill and automatic payment will be, Tinak1850. You can log into your My Verizon account or access the My Verizon app to view your billing statements as well as a next bill summary, and be able to manage your auto-pay.
