I wanted to transfer my 5 lines from AT&T to Verizon Wireless in June 2023 but I cancelled it on the same day. I received one phone out of five phones even when I cancelled the order same day. I called Verizon customer service for return information which I did not get in 30 days time. I went to customer service office in Brier Creek Raleigh office and they tried for 4 hours talking to their teams to resolve the issue but in the end they asked me to first wait for return information and once received they will close the case and credit back any amount on my bill. I got return information after few days and I returned the device but now I started getting collection notes stating that I owe Version $1700+ for the device that was returned. I also did not get the tax money that I paid on all 5 devices. I contacted Verizon million times via phone, chat and physically going to their offices and yet still no resolution. Every time they are apologetic and tell me that have screw up with their processes and tools therefore they are not able to resolve it.

All I am asking is to show me one single thing that I should pay you for. I never activated your service, I don’t have any device, nothing. Such a shame that being a tech company you don’t have tools to clean up your billing mess. Trust me I owe you guys nothing, you need to return me the tax money that you charged on devices that I never received.
