Why does Verizon not offer legitimate help to customers that are going through financial hardship? The ACP program, honestly is a joke and helps very little and then to remove it! Thats crazy. So loyalty will get you nowhere with Verizon. I have been a customer for 7+ years, and right now my family is struggling, and my service is cut off. No options for help. Disappointing truly.

Hello leoruiz024. Thank you for your continued loyalty! 7+ years is a long time. We do understand the challenges and stress our budgets can create. We also understand the importance of this program to our customers and have been actively advocating with Congress for its continuance. Not only that, but we can work together to review your account further to make sure you have the service and plan to b=meet your needs and budget. Please reply to the following private message to continue to chat.

Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles and sure hope things get better for you. I've been there which is a long story in itself, but in a nutshell, can relate. The ACP program is run by the US government and ran out of funds. Verizon didn't have anything to do with that. Have you looked into whether or not you're eligible for the Verizon Forward program?
If you're currently a postpaid customer, would recommend switching to prepaid because that's cheaper. Or consider using one of the 3rd party budget carriers.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
