I have A disconnected phone number on my mobile device and I want to make a payment on it to get it turned back on, but I can't sign in because I guess it's been too long. It's only been like two months. How can I speak to someone if I don't have an account anymore? I am still paying on my device

Have you tried the one-time payment site?
I've read that after 45 days of disconnection, your number is game to be recycled, so don't know if your number is still "yours" if it's been 2 months. If your account has been turned over to a collections agency, you'll have to communicate with the collections agency regarding paying the bill. Hopefully someone with Verizon will get back to you.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
